UK must look at that other group of migrants
ippr's Dhananjayan Sriskandarajah argues in today's Financial Times that the discourse that exists in the UK which describes migration flows as unprecedented in number, as not always integrating into UK society and about which the government has little idea, could actually better describe emigrants from the UK.
