UK must look at that other group of migrants

ippr's Dhananjayan Sriskandarajah argues in today's Financial Times that the discourse that exists in the UK which describes migration flows as unprecedented in number, as not always integrating into UK society and about which the government has little idea, could actually better describe emigrants from the UK. While very little is currently known about Brits Abroad, this diverse group of people could throw up some interesting challenges for policy makers. Our Brits Abroad project aims to understand more about the scale and nature of emigration from Blighty, and you can help us by completing our online survey.
